In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Hourly Event Contracts on Bitcoin and Ether (collectively the “Contracts”) on Friday, December 5, 2025 (see SER-9586RR published on November 26, 2025), please note below and in Appendix C of CME Submission No. 25-401 the accountability levels (Rule 560) and aggregation allocations for the contracts.
