SUBJECT:    Withdrawal of Application for Increase in Copper, Lead, and Zinc Regularity

Notice is hereby given that Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) received a request from C. Steinweg (Baltimore), Inc. to voluntarily withdraw their application for an increase in copper, lead, and zinc regularity at their Baltimore, MD (Reservoir Road) location. 

This withdrawal is effective immediately.
