SUBJECT:         Withdrawal of Regularity in Hard Red Winter Wheat

 

Notice is hereby given that the Exchange has approved a request from ADM Grain Company for the withdrawal of their regularity for the delivery of Hard Red Winter Wheat at the firm’s Wolcott elevator located in Wolcott, KS.  There are no registered warehouse receipts outstanding from this facility.

 

This withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the withdrawal in regularity during the week of August 18, 2025 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
