SUBJECT:            Withdrawal of Increase in Soybean Meal Regularity

Notice is given that The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (“CBOT” or “Exchange”) received a request from Bunge North America, Inc. to voluntarily withdraw their application for an increase in Soybean Meal at their facility in Decatur, AL.

This withdrawal is effective immediately.
