SUBJECT:     Regularity Approval for Silver

The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has approved the application of Malca-Amit Armored, Inc. to become an Approved Depository for silver at their location in Fairfield, NJ.

This approval is effective immediately.
