SUBJECT:           Regular Firm Name Change

The Exchange was notified that Texhoma Livestock Auction LLC, an approved Livestock Yard for live-graded Live Cattle futures deliveries, has changed their name to Texhoma Livestock Exchange LLC.   The change is a result of an acquisition.    

This change is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission will be notified of this name change during the week of February 3, 2025 via the weekly notification procedures set out in part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
