In connection with the listing of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc.’s (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) Gulf Coast UCO (Argus) Futures and Gulf Coast UCO (Argus) (60,000 lb) Futures contracts (the “Contracts”) on trade date Monday, December 16, 2024 (See SER-9463 published on November 4, 2024), please note below and in Exhibit B of NYMEX Submission No. 24-206 the corresponding position limits (Rule 559), accountability levels, aggregation allocations and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts.
