In connection with the initial listing of Commodity Exchange, Inc.’s (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) Spodumene CIF China (Fastmarkets) Futures Contract (the “Contract”) on trade date Monday, October 28, 2024 (see SER-9442 published September 30, 2024), please note below and in Exhibit B of COMEX Submission No. 24-379 the corresponding spot-month position limit (Rule 559), aggregation allocations, single month and all month accountability levels (Rule 560) and reportable level (Rule 561) for the new contract.
