Effective on October 21, 2024 for the November 2024 contract month and beyond, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) will amend the spot month position limits, single month accountability levels and all month accountability levels of the Lithium Hydroxide CIF CJK (Fastmarkets) Futures and the Lithium Hydroxide CIF CJK (Fastmarkets) Average Price Option contracts (the “Contracts”) as noted below and in Exhibit A and B of COMEX Submission No. 24-394.
