Pursuant to Regulation 703, notice is hereby given that Savage Riverport LLC gave notice to the Exchange of a decrease of regularity in Oats at the following facility:

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this decrease of regularity during the week of July 8, 2024 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
