      SUBJECT:           Regular for Delivery Terminal Name Change

       

      The Exchange was notified that ST Terminal – Linden, a regular Delivery Point for ULSD and RBOB, has changed their name to Linden-Sunoco, LLC.  This was the result of an acquisition.

      This change is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the regular firm name change during the week of July 8, 2024 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
