SUBJECT:             Withdrawal of Regularity in Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, and Oats

 

Pursuant to Rule 707, notice is hereby given that The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) has approved a request from COFCO International Grains US LLC for a withdrawal of regularity for the delivery of Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, and Oats at their facility in Chicago, IL. 

 

This withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of July 1, 2024 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
