SUBJECT:             Withdrawal of an Approved COMEX Copper Warehouse

Please be advised that Utah Commodity Storage, Inc, an existing Warehouse for the storage of COMEX Copper, has requested from the Exchange that its facility located in Tooele, UT (Building 671) be withdrawn from its status as an approved COMEX Copper warehouse.  This location will no longer be available for the storage of COMEX Copper deliverable against the respective futures contract.

The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of May 20, 2024 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
