SUBJECT:           Withdrawal of Approved NYMEX Harbor Terminals

Notice is hereby given that Buckeye Terminals, LLC is withdrawing their regularity for RBOB and ULSD at their Raritan Bay terminal and ULSD at their Bronx terminal.

The withdrawals of regularity are effective immediately.
