Various Amendments to the LNG Japan/Korea Marker (Platts) Yen Denominated Futures Contract to Decrease the Size From 10,000 MMBtu to 1,000 MMBtu and Temporary Suspension of Trading and Clearing of the Contract

Effective on trade date Monday, February 26, 2024, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) will amend the contract name and size of the Mini LNG Japan/Korea Marker (Platts) Yen Denominated Futures contract (the “Contract”) (see SER-9315 published February 8, 2024). Specifically, the Exchange will amend the contract size from 10,000 MMBtu to 1,000 MMBtu as noted in Exhibit C of NYMEX Submission No. 24-006. Additionally, the Exchange will temporarily suspend trading and clearing of the Contract until February 26, 2024.
