Amendments to the Spot Month Position Limits, Single Month Accountability Levels and All Month Accountability Levels of the Lithium Hydroxide CIF CJK (Fastmarkets) Futures and Average Price Option Contracts

Effective on February 6, 2024 for the March 2024 contract month and beyond, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) will amend the spot month position limits, single month accountability levels and all month accountability levels of the Lithium Hydroxide CIF CJK (Fastmarkets) Futures and the Lithium Hydroxide CIF CJK (Fastmarkets) Average Price Option contracts (the “Contracts”) as noted below and in Exhibit A and B of COMEX Submission No. 24-060. Please note that the spot month limits, single month accountability levels and all month accountability levels in the January 2024 and February 2024 contract months are unchanged.
