      SUBJECT:             Regularity Approval for Silver 

                 

      Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) has approved the application of Delaware Depository to become an Approved Depository for silver at their facility in Aston, PA.

      This approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of July 31, 2023 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
