      SUBJECT:             Regular Firm Name Change

       

      The Exchange was notified that Harvest Rice, Inc., a regular firm for delivery of Rough Rice, has changed its name to Harvest Rice, LLC.  The change is a result of an ownership change.  

       This name change is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission will be notified of this name change during the week of April 10, 2023 via the weekly notification procedures set out in part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
