      SUBJECT:             Regular Firm Name Change

       

      Effective immediately, the Exchange was notified that Loomis International (US) Inc., a depository regular for storage of gold, gold (enhanced delivery), silver, palladium, and platinum, has changed its name to Loomis International (US) LLC. This name change is the result of rebranding.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the depository’s name change during the week of March 6, 2023 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
