SUBJECT:             Approved Application for Increase in Soybean Meal Regularity

The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Soybean Meal regularity for Owensboro Grain Company, LLC at their facility below.  The following chart provides the facility, current daily rate of loading (in tons per day), current maximum allowable certificates, approved daily rate of loading (in tons per day) and approved maximum allowable certificates:  

This increase is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this increase in Soybean Meal regularity during the week of November 21, 2022 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
