Position Limits, Accountability Levels and Large Trader Reporting Requirements in Connection with the Initial Listing of the LNG North West Europe Marker (Platts) Futures Contract

In connection with the initial listing of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc.’s (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) LNG North West Europe Marker (Platts) Futures contract on trade date Monday, October 24, 2022 (see SER-9053 published on September 28, 2022), please note in Exhibit B of NYMEX Submission No. 22-331, the corresponding spot-month position limit (Rule 559), aggregation allocation (Rule 559.D), accountability levels (Rule 560), and reportable level (Rule 561) for the contract. The contract will have diminishing balances.
