SUBJECT:            Approved Applications for Increase in Soybean Meal and Oil Regularity

The Exchange has approved the applications for an increase in Soybean Meal regularity for Cargill, Inc. at their facilities below.  The following chart provides the facilities, current daily rate of loading (in tons per day), current maximum allowable certificates, approved daily rate of loading (in tons per day) and approved maximum allowable certificates.   

The Exchange has approved the applications for an increase in Soybean Oil regularity for Cargill, Inc. at the facilities below.  The following chart provides the facilities, current capacity (in pounds), current maximum allowable receipts, approved capacity (in pounds) and approved maximum allowable receipts.

These increases are effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of these increases in Soybean Meal and Oil regularity during the week of October 31, 2022, via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
