SUBJECT:            Approved Applications for Increase in Soybean Meal Regularity

The Exchange has approved the applications for an increase in Soybean Meal regularity for Bunge North America, Inc., and Bunge North America (East), LLC at their facilities below.  The following chart provides the facilities, current daily rate of loading (in tons per day), current maximum allowable certificates,  approved daily rate of loading (in tons per day) and approved maximum allowable certificates.  

These increases are effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of these increases in Soybean Meal regularity during the week of October 10, 2022 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
