Corrections to the NYMEX and COMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability, and Reportable Level Table

Effective on trade date August 3, 2022 the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and Commodity Exchange, Inc. ("COMEX") will implement amendments to the NYMEX/COMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table (the “Table”) to make corrections detailed in Exhibit A of NYMEX Submission No. 22-242 and Exhibit A of COMEX Submission No. 22-313. NYMEX Exhibit A and COMEX Exhibit A provide amendments to the Table with additions underscored and deletions struck through.

Effective trade date August 3, 2022, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the NYMEX/COMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations & Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX and COMEX Rulebooks will be amended in accordance with the NYMEX and COMEX Submissions.
