SUBJECT:              Application for Increase in CBOT Regularity

Pursuant to Regulation 703.A, notice hereby is given that Owensboro Grain Company, LLC has applied to the Exchange for an increase in regularity in Soybean Meal at the facility below.  The following chart provides the facility, current DROL, requested DROL, current maximum allowable certificates, and requested maximum allowable certificates as follows:
