SUBJECT:             Applications for Increase in Soybean Meal Regularity

Pursuant to Regulation 703.A, notice hereby is given that Bunge North America, Inc. and Bunge North America (East), LLC have applied to the Exchange for an increase in regularity in Soybean Meal at their facilities below.  The following chart provides the facility, current DROL, requested DROL, current maximum allowable certificates, and requested maximum allowable certificates as follows:
