SUBJECT:             Approved Application for Decrease in KC Hard Red Winter Wheat Regularity

Pursuant to Regulation 703, notice is hereby given that Bartlett Grain Company, LP gave notice to the Exchange of a decrease of regularity in KC Hard Red Winter Wheat at the following facility:

This decrease is effective immediately.
