      SUBJECT:            Withdrawal of an Approved CME Livestock Yard

       

      Please be advised that Amarillo Livestock Auction, an existing stockyard for CME Live Cattle, has requested from the Exchange that its facility located in Amarillo, TX be withdrawn from its status as an approved CME Livestock Yard.

      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of May 30, 2022 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
