      Notice herby is given that The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or "Exchange") received a request from Kodiak Warehouse, LLC to voluntarily withdraw their application for copper regularity at their Westwego, LA (620 River Road) location. 

      This withdrawal is effective immediately.
