      SUBJECT:           Approved Application for Spot Call Butter Regularity    

       

      The Exchange has approved the application of United States Cold Storage located in Syracuse, UT to be designated as an Approved Warehouse for delivery of Spot Call Butter.                                                                                                                               

      This approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission will be notified of this approval during the week of December 6, 2021 via the weekly notification procedures set out in part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
