      SUBJECT:            Regularity Approval for Silver     

           

      The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX or “Exchange”) has approved the application of Brink’s Incorporated to become an Approved Depository for silver at their location in Plainview, NY.  

      This approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of October 11, 2021 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
