      SUBJECT:           Withdrawal of Increase Application for Precious Metal Regularity

       

      Notice herby is given that The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) (collectively, the “Exchanges”) received a request from Manfra, Tordella & Brooks, Inc. to voluntarily withdraw their increase application for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium regularity. 

      This withdrawal is effective immediately.
