      SUBJECT:      Regularity Approval for Silver

       

      The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has approved the application of Loomis International (US) Inc.  to become an Approved Depository for silver at their location in Boylston, MA.

      This approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of April 5, 2021 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
