In connection with the listing of New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc.’s (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) Physically-Delivered CBL Global Emissions Offset Futures Contract on trade date Monday, March 1, 2021 (see SER- 8717 published February 2, 2021), please note below and in Exhibit B of NYMEX Submission No 21-009, the corresponding spot-month position limit (Rule 559), aggregation allocation (Rule 559.D.), single month and all month accountability levels (Rule 560) and reportable level (Rule 561) for the new contract.
