Position Limits, Accountability Levels, and Large Trader Reporting Requirements in Connection with the Initial Listing of the FOB Santos Soybeans Financially Settled (Platts) Futures Contract

In connection with the listing of the Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc.’s (“CBOT” or “Exchange”) FOB Santos Soybeans Financially Settled (Platts) Futures contract (the “contract”) on trade date Monday, September 21, 2020, (see SER-8636 dated August 20, 2020), please note below and in Exhibit B of CBOT Submission No. 20-347 the corresponding aggregation allocations (Rule 559.D.), reportable level (Rule 561), spot month position limits (Rule 559), and single month and all month accountability levels (Rule 560) for the new contract. The new contract shall have diminishing balances.
