SUBJECT: Administrative Amendments to the “Facilities Related to CBOT Products” Table located in Chapter 7 (“Delivery Facilities and Procedures”)
On September 17, 2020, The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (“CBOT”) implemented administrative amendments to the “Facilities Related to CBOT Products” Table located in Chapter 7 (“Delivery Facilities and Procedures”) of the CBOT Rulebook to include registered load out rates for each facility with a declaration of regulatory of the Oats Futures contract as noted below.
