SUBJECT:    Regularity Approval for Gold Brand   

The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX or Exchange) has approved the application of ABC Refinery (Australia) Pt, Ltd. (the letters “ABC” within a circle superimposed on a graphical representation of an ABC Bullion 1oz ingot) to be good for delivery of gold against the COMEX Gold futures contract.  

This approval is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of June 8, 2020 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
