SUBJECT:           Notification of Brand Change and Brand No Longer Produced

The Exchange was notified that Western Platinum Limited, producer of Platinum brand WRPL, has changed their brand mark from ‘LONMIN. Formerly: W.P.L. Platinum’ to WPRS ‘Sibanye Stillwater’.   

In addition, the Exchange was notified that Western Platinum Limited, producer of Platinum brand WPRL, with brand mark ‘LONMIN. Formerly: W.P.L. Platinum’, is no longer producing NYMEX eligible Platinum bars.

These changes are effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the brand change and brand no longer produced during the week of June 1, 2020 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
