      SUBJECT:            Withdrawal of an Approved NYMEX Harbor Terminal

       

      Notice is hereby given that Shell Oil Products US - Newark is withdrawing their regularity for RBOB and ULSD at their Newark terminal.

      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of May 18, 2020 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
