      SUBJECT:             Notification of Brand Producer Name Change

       

      The Exchange was notified that Xstrata Canada Corporation, producer of Silver brand CCRL, has changed its name to Glencore Canada Corporation. This name change is the result of a merger.

      This change is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this name change during the week of February 10, 2020 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
