Effective on trade date Tuesday, February 25, 2020, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, this Market Regulation Advisory Notice will supersede CME Group Market Regulation Advisory Notice RA1916-5R from December 20, 2019.  It is being issued to:

• Amend Sections 6. and 7. to delete references to Housing options based on CME’s delisting of all housing options effective on February 24¹; and
• Amend Section 11. to require brokers to obtain express consent to disclose a customer’s identity and to clarify the parties to whom such disclosure may be made.

No other substantive changes have been made to this Advisory Notice.
