    • SER-8475R supersedes SER-8475 dated December 17, 2019, and is being issued to reflect additional conforming amendments to Rule 411. (“Appeal to a Hearing Panel of the Board of Directors”) based on the elimination of the Probable Cause Committee which became effective on January 2, 2020. No other changes have been made to the original Special Executive Report.
