      SUBJECT:             Approved Applications for Ethanol Regularity

       

      The Exchange has approved the applications of Vantage Corn Processors, LLC for a declaration of regularity in Ethanol at the locations listed below:

      These approvals are effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of these approvals during the week of February 3, 2020 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
