      SUBJECT:             Withdrawal of Regularity in Wheat

       

      Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) has approved a request from ADM Grain Company for a withdrawal of regularity for the delivery of Wheat at their Evansville, IN (Dixie Flyer) facility. There are no registered shipping certificates outstanding from these facilities.

      This withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of January 13, 2020 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
