      SUBJECT:            Regular Firm Name Change

       

      The Exchange was notified that Mercuria Energy Trading, Inc., a regular firm for Ethanol, has changed its name to Mercuria Energy America, LLC.  The change is a result of a merger.  

      This name change is effective January 1, 2020.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission will be notified of this name change during the week of January 6, 2020 via the weekly notification procedures set out in part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
