      The Exchange has approved the application of BioUrja Trading, LLC dba Center Oil Company for a declaration of regularity in Ethanol at the location listed below:

      Argo, IL 58,000 - Gallons 66

       

      BioUrja Trading, LLC dba Center Oil Company has designated BNP Paribas Securities Corp. as its clearing agent.  The warehouse code for the Argo, IL facility is 5171.

      This approval is effective immediately.

       

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of December 30, 2019 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
