      Pursuant to Regulation 703, notice is hereby given that Lansing Ethanol Services, LLC has requested and been approved by the Exchange for a decrease of regularity in Ethanol at the following facility:                                                                                                                                                                                                    

      Facility Daily Rate of Loading Maximum Certificates
      Argo, IL 126,000-Gallons 109

                                                                                

      This decrease is effective immediately.
