SUBJECT:             Declaration of Regularity Renewal in Ethanol Facilities

Applications for the declaration of regularity for the delivery of Ethanol have been reviewed by the Exchange.

All applications were approved by the Exchange for the regularity period beginning July 1, 2019.

Complete listings of regular facilities are available in Chapter 7 of the Rules and Regulations.

The following facilities did not renew their regularity status and will not be regular for Ethanol delivery for the period beginning July 1, 2019:

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of these renewal and regularity changes during the week of July 8, 2019 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
