      SUBJECT:             Regular Firm Name Change

      Effective immediately, the Exchange was notified that ScotiaMocatta Depository, A Division of the Bank of Nova Scotia, a depository regular for storage of gold, silver, palladium and platinum, has changed its name to The Bank of Nova Scotia. This name change is the result of rebranding.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the depository’s name change during the week of April 8, 2019 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
