    • Effective Sunday, March 31, 2019 for trade date Monday, April 1, 2019 and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods (see Submission No. 19-014), The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (“CBOT”), New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) (the “Exchanges”) will amend CBOT, and NYMEX/COMEX Rule 589. (“Special Price Fluctuation Limits and Daily Price Limits”). The amendments to CBOT, NYMEX/COMEX Rule 589. adopt new section - (“Dynamic Price Fluctuation Limits”) to introduce dynamic price fluctuation limit functionality as a type of special price fluctuation limit.
